Ladies 1st Team shortlisted for national award

As some of you may be aware the Ladies 1st XI have been shortlisted by England Hockey for [b]Women's Team of the Year.

This is a national award and only 3 teams are shortlisted in each category. This is a brilliant achievement by the Ladies 1st XI and whole ladies section, and tops off a fantastic season for both teams.

The club would like to thank John Beckett of Shropshire Hockey for nominating the 1st XI for the award.

The awards dinner will be held on Saturday 23rd May at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
