BRIDGWATER Town striker Dave Pearse has turned down a possible move to Evo-Stik Southern League rivals Paulton Rovers.

Paulton put in seven days of notice for Pearse but he has decided to stay at Fairfax Park.
Bridgwater's caretaker manager Kevin Milsom said today (March 22): "Dave was made a tremendous offer by Paulton for the last part of the season.
"His decision to stay with us is not only a massive boost for the club but also for myself."
