There was opening day Evo-stik League disappointment for the Zebras as visitors Loughborough Dynamo won 3-1 at the Hawthorns.
Loughborough scored the opener within the first sixty seconds and doubled the lead just after the break after Brigg's Danny Buttle missed a penalty. Loughborough sealed the points with a third goal moments later. Josh Nichol grabbed a late consolation for the Zebras.
