Paul Grimes on Knaresborough Town’s visit.

Tomorrow Knaresborough Town are visiting The Hawthorns. Paul Grimes feels positive even though a few players including himself are injured.

“We were very pleased to get another win under our belts on Wednesday night and at times played some great football!

“We got the balance right of playing in the right areas and not taking risks which is pleasing as it’s something we have spoken at length about. It’s been a while since we dominated a game from start to finish and was pleasing to get a clean sheet.

“Knaresborough are a better side and have had some good results this season so Saturday will be another test of the squad. We know that if we get it right and work hard off the ball we can give anyone a problem.

“Knaresborough are a bit like us in terms of they are capable of beating anyone on their day and are searching for that consistency.

“We are missing myself, Harry Speck, Nathan Plumtree and Matt Graves through injury. Charlie Cleminshaw is 50/50, but Chaz Fisher goes back in the squad so that is a huge plus.

“The enthusiasm is definitely back in the squad and that comes with winning games – something we hope to continue this weekend.”
