November Player of the Month

Reece Moody is November player of the month, but he was closely followed by Joe Smithson. Both of them got two man of the match awards and were terrific in November.

Smithson was man of the match versus Cleethorpes Town Reserves and Lincoln Moorlands Railway. He also got a goal in the 4-0 win over Lincoln Moorlands Railway.

However, only one player can get the monthly award and this time it was Moody. Moody's man of the match awards were against Immingham Town and Nettleham.

Brigg Town defeated Immingham 2-1 in the Lincolnshire Junior Cup - Moody scored twice. Brigg then beat Cleethorpes Town Reserves 2-0 and his performance was good.

A week later Brigg won 3-2 at Nettleham despite trailing 2-0 at half time. Moody bagged the winner to complete a stunning comeback.

Yesterday he converted a penalty and assisted Joe Moloney's goal in the Challenge Cup. Brigg ran out 4-0 winners against Lincoln Moorlands Railway - an excellent result!
