In the first half Ryan Thompson scored before Rossington's Andy McCreadie was dismissed. Charlie Dolling then doubled Brigg's lead early in the second half.

A win was on the cards, but Rossington rescued a point with goals from Will Wraith and Connor Williamson. Credit to them for showing great character whilst a man down.

It felt disappointing to draw when a win was likely. However, Brigg wouldn't have minded this result before kick off.

Brigg's performance was convincing against a good team in good form. Well done to all who played!
