Rangers v Odsal match preview
This weekend rangers welcome Halifax side boothtown terriers to Russell way with new kick off time 2.30.
A must win game! With only 4 games to go in the league and promotion definatley coaches alex muff and craig youngs goal this season.
Boothtown have recently turned their form round and have in recent seasons been a bogie side to Brighouse.
Earlier in the season rangers popped boothtown by two points, and this is going to be just as tough to win. With regular half backs Barraclough- Horne and Ross young returning to the squad this weekend, it will give rangers better shape and options compared to last weeks hard fought win.
It's within our grasp is promotion Alex Muff stated, with Thornhill facing selby this weekend promotion could be gained with two wins if our last 4 games go as everybody presumes if thornhill beat selby!
But one never knows, so let's concentrate on winning our remaining games to ensure we go up and start putting Brighouse where they belong. When appointed this season, my main aim was to be promoted as in previous seasons we have fallen short at the last hurdle.
And it looks like everyones hard work and commitment from the squad and kit men we will achieve our goal and hopefully entice more players to come and join us, with the great facilities we have. Get down and support us, and be our fourteenth man against boothtown, who will fancy their chances.
Rangers seconds travel to Huddersfield side st joes A this Saturday hoping to contine their form in the cup to the league. Both teams have been out of sorts this season but coach phil Barsby should have the luxury of a full squad to choose from this Saturday, and when we have the players the mental attitude is a massive boost. We can have a good finish to the season if we put our minds to it. Kick off also half two.
