Brighouse Town FC are seeking applicants for the manager of their new Development side.
Development Manager vacancy
Brighouse Town FC are seeking applicants for the manager of their new Development side. The team will be focused on developing the club's current crop of young players and recruiting from the surrounding areas. The side will be using the East Lancashire League to progress the group, the league features other reserve sides from the Northern Counties East league and above. Utilising and building upon the excellent links the club has already made, the successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively with the current coaching staff to prepare players for eventual first team football. The role will primarily focus on the development squad, however, you will also work closely with both the first team and Under 18 squads. Brighouse Town FC are a progressive club and last season finished the NCEL Premier Division campaign in the highest position in our history. We aim to build upon the solid foundations that have been put in place during last season and this is a good opportunity for the right candidate.
Applicants should be able to commit to training sessions and match days (mainly Saturday and some mid week evening games).
