Good afternoon,
On Sunday 15th April, myself and 20 other sia Abrasives colleagues are taking part in the Elland Overgate Hospice 10k race to raise money for their charity.
All the runners are committing time, money (and pain) to try and raise as much as possible for this fantastic local cause.
Overgate is a fabulous organisation which provides palliative care for very ill patients and through experience, is a charity very much close to the hearts of many sia workers.
10k doesn’t sound far but the vast majority of our team are not runners, so have been really putting the hours in to try and get to a reasonable level of fitness.
All our runners are calling on friends and family for sponsorship, so it would be really appreciated if you could show further support. I have attached the just giving link below should you wish to contribute.
