At this time of year non league clubs up and down the country are dreaming of what could be in the worlds most prestigious knock out
competition. Town's journey in the Emirates FA Challenge Cup begins on Saturday when we welcome Atherton Collieries to the Dual Seal Stadium (3pm kick off).

The Preliminary round is the second stage of the competition and Atherton progressed from the extra preliminary round with a 2-0 win over Bootle. Atherton play their football in the North West Counties Premier Division and it is the first ever meeting between the two clubs.

The draw for the next round was made at Wembley on Monday and the winners of Saturday's tie will play either Morpeth or Newton Aycliffe at home on Saturday 12th September.

Admission to the Dual Seal is as per league games; £7 adults, £4 concessions and Under 12's are FREE. Season tickets and complimentary tickets are not valid for FA Cup games.

The ground and the bar will be open from 1-30.
