Brightlingsea Regent wish to release the following statement.
At a recent committee meeting it has been decided that the club would relinquish Tom Camp and his assistant of their duties with the Thurlow Nunn under 18 team.
Unfortunately things have been brought to the attention of the committee that they find completely unacceptable and unbecoming of a Brightlingsea Regent management team and have acted in the best interests of the football club.
The club would like to place on record their thanks to Tom and his management team.
The team were due to be in action tonight but Witham Town are unable to raise a team so the team will next be in action on May 7th when they face Biggleswade Town in the play off semi final.
No further statements will be made regarding this matter by the club however a further statement will be made to announce a new Management structure when this is in place.
