After injury during Saturday's game at Swaffham,Jules was taken to Kings Lynn hospital. He was kept in there eventually till Tuesday when he was sent home in a cast to then return to Broomfield hospital for an operation on his ankle. He was admitted in to Broomfield hospital today and will undergo his operation on his ankle to align the bone on Friday or Saturday. Webster and I visited him tonight and his being very positive and talking about when he can return to playing already so that's brilliant news and FairPlay to him for remaining so upbeat. The club will hold a poker night-fundraiser for Jules along with our insurances to help him along. We will probably look to do this poker night on Saturday March 9th when his up and about, I will confirm the date on here when we have discussed this more with the lads and Jules. Everybody at Brightlingsea sends our best wishes for the operation and I will add updates on here when we visit him after the operation.
