Pre season Training

Carl Saville has agreed to do the first pre season training session which will be on Saturday 9th July 2011 starting at 12pm at Strangers corner, Brightlingsea.
Carl is currently running Harwich Boot camps and has got a wealth of fitness training experience.

Please bring your trainers and vehicles to be parked in the school car park!!
