Regent at home whilst Reserves make short trip to Stanway Rovers.

Brightlingsea Regent welcome Maldon & Tiptree to North Road tomorrow as they look to bounce back from last weeks defeat at Harlow. Previous to the defeat Regent had won four from five of the previous games and sitting nine points outside the play-offs with one game in hand it really is a must win if the R's are to keep alive any remaining slim hopes of a play off berth.
The two sides met in midweek towards the end of September with Regent winning 3-0 against the Jammers who had a caretaker Manager in charge for that game. Since the game they have appointed Alan Kimble as Manager and have steadily risen in the table and now are eighteenth some eleven points outside the bottom three so safe it would seem from any danger. The new Management team seeing the side improve results and their position in the table with their latest result a 0-0 draw against sixth placed Thurrock who are themselves chasing a play off place proving this. The Jammers away record before the game tomorrow is won 5, drawn 3 and lost 11.
The game kicks off at 3pm.
The Reserves make the short trip to Stanway Rovers for their latest league game and will be hoping to bounce back from their 3-0 reverse against Witham Town. This game also kicks off at 3pm.
Come and support the Regent this weekend.
