Their opponents tomorrow Phoenix Sports were promoted into the Ryman North this season and in their debut season have made a solid start currently sitting 13th in the table, three places and two points above Regent although they have played 13 games, two more than the R's. This game will kick off at 3pm and for any travelling supporters the address is:

The 21's face Diss Town Reserves at North Road after a free week last week. Regent currently sit 3rd in their table whilst their opponents are 15th. The R's will be looking to bounce back from their last game a 5-1 defeat at Long Melford on Tuesday 6th October whilst Diss recorded a 5-0 home win last Saturday against Cornard. The game kicks off at 3pm also.

The A team were also inactive last Saturday and tomorrow face a local derby away against Gt Bentley. Their hosts lost last Saturday 5-1 against Tiptree Jobserve Reserves. Bentley currently sit 1 place and 1 point above Regent in 6th place so this should also be a great game, this game kicking off at Great Bentley Green at 2pm.
Come and support the R's this weekend.
