Weds Training at UWE

Arnott has been able to arrange for us to train on the 4g pitch at Filton college on Wednesday 9th November.

We have done this so:

1.The forwards will have use of a scrum machine.
2.The backs get to stay nice and clean.
3. We have the opportunity to pick up a few additional players as Mike Panaho normally runs an informal session there on Wednesday nights for uwe students.

There will be training on the Tuesday as normal that week, but no fitness session on the Thursday.

Could everyone make a big effort to get to training on the Tuesday and Wednesday that week?

We have the 4g pitch booked from 19:45 to 21:00, so get there for 19:30 so you are ready to start at quarter to.
