Function Room Hire

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
The clubhouse is available for to hire private functions. We can accommodate many types of occasions, from normal evening functions, wedding receptions, to all day indoor and outdoor events.
We allow your own catering or we can recommend a cater suitable for your event. We are also able to provide disco/karaoke contacts.
As for availability, the main restrictions are on Saturdays during the playing season when the Small Clubroom is not available. Access to the Main Clubroom cannot be before 6.:30 pm and start time cannot be before 7:30 pm (to allow us to prepare the Main Clubroom following post-match use). The clubhouse is also in use until 2 pm on Sundays during the playing season.

Prices for Private Functions are:
- Cost of hire is £80(£30 for Full Members) plus £50 deposit for a normal afternoon or evening function (7.30pm start - 12am finish). The hire includes bar staff, normal cleaning and use of car park, lobby, toilets and clubrooms (small clubroom is not available for Saturday functions during the playing season).
