We run active touch rugby sessions, Monday and Wednesday from 7.00 pm to 9,00 pm. They are both mixed, Mondays are well attended and present great fitness and skills learning.
The essence of speed, passing, and agility form the basis of all great rugby teams and touch rugby is used by all in the game to foster, fitness, core skill and fun.
We also attend occasional competitions, and there are leagues in the warmer months, but do not save this great game just for then - why not use this as an alternative to just going for a run ready for the summer!
