The 91st Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held in the Clubhouse, 109 Granton Road, Edinburgh, on Thursday 28 May at 7.30pm. Copies of the Minutes of last year’s AGM and the Club Accounts will be distributed prior to the meeting. Your attendance at the meeting would be greatly appreciated. Apologies can be notified to the Hon Secretary.

If you have any items you wish to raise, or if you wish to stand for a place on the Committee, please notify the Hon Secretary in advance of the meeting.

I would like to remind members that in the terms of the Constitution (section 7 paragraph 5) that unless written intimation to the contrary is given to the Honorary Secretary prior to the date of the AGM, it will be assumed that you intend to continue in membership and in consequence will be liable for the Annual Subscription.

Club Members wishing to stand for a place on the committee are requested to submit their intention in advance to the Honorary Secretary. There are a number of tasks and roles within the general running of the Club and by virtue of nominating yourself for a seat on Committee you are committing to undertake at least one of these roles.
