Join us for a day of celebration as Broughton lift the league title and look to finish the season undefeated.

Stuart Thomson's Broughton side will receive the BT East Region 2 title following their final game against Dalkeith at Wardie, with the Head Coach looking for his charges to finish their season undefeated.

Led on the field during their title winning campaign by Captain Craig Wishart, the team have already scored 625 points in 17 games, amassing 16 bonus points in the process. Victory on Saturday will see Broughton become the only side in Scotland complete their full league programme without loss - quite a remarkable achievement.

The visitors will be keen to avoid an unwanted hat-trick of back defeats that would all but put paid to their slim hopes of finishing in the second promotion place.

Meanwhile, from 1pm, former-Broughton Prop Charlton Khun, owner of Indaba Restaurant & Indaba Deli has signed up to return to Wardie to put on a pre-match feast of either meat on the braai or a Durban Curry - determined by the weather on the day - at only £10 per head. The bar will be open too.

Following the post-match League Title presentation and the players spruce up after an afternoon in the mud, some of the biggest clubs in the game have generously donated towards our 'Raffle for Rhodes'.

Former Club Captain Nick Keenan's father Stephen Rhodes recently lost his battle against MND and in memory of the award-winning broadcaster, several prizes are up for grabs in the end of season super-raffle. Tickets can be purchased on the day at just £2 a ticket. Alternatively you can save yourself from a pocket-worth of change by buying a full strip!
