Edinburgh BATs Rugby AGM is open to all full members of Broughton Rugby Club, Trinity Accies Rugby Club and Edinburgh Accies Football Club, playing members and parents/guardians of BATs playing members. Those under 18 cannot vote.

The business of the AGM will be

• Minutes of 20089/9 AGM
• Report on the activities of the Club
• Consideration of the annual accounts of the Club
• Election of the management committee

The management committee is to be made up of three members nominated by the partner clubs – one by each club – plus six elected by the AGM. The management committee may at any time appoint any member to be a member of the management committee

All members of the management committee elected by the AGM, or appointed by the management committee, must retire from office at each AGM but shall then be eligible for re-election or re-appointment.

The following are retiring from office, John Wright, Allan Spencer, Andrew Walker, Martin Scott, Andy Turtle, Colin Devine, Vincent O'Donoghue, Davy Gibb and Graham Bonner. Ian Barnes and Neil McBurnie have both resigned from the Management Group.

If any one would like to nominate someone for the three elected places on the management committee, their nominations should be with the Chairman John Wright john.wright@edinburghaccies.com by the 5 January.
