For all club members that ordered Autumn international tickets, below is a message from the SRU ticket centre.
Thank you to those who have sent payment already – we are starting to fulfil orders now. Please note the following information regarding the fulfilment of your club tickets:
Ø We will fufill one game at a time
Ø As a result your members will receive separate emails containing tickets for each of the games they have purchased for.
Ø The process may take a few weeks therefore the latest your members will receive their tickets is 2 weeks before the game.
Ø We will email you once your club order has been completed.
Ø Our advice would be to remind your member that e-tickets are the same as traditional paper tickets and cannot be duplicated. One ticket = one entry to the stadium.
We have received a few question regarding the cancellation of tickets. Our suggestion is always in the first instance for your members to transfer to friends or family at face value (they simply just need to forward the email containing the tickets). In line with Scottish Rugby’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions, tickets sales are non-refundable, however, if you feel that you would like to support a refund request due to mitigating circumstances then please do contact us.
