MINUTES OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING
HELD ON Monday 13th December 2010 AT BPFC @ 7PM

1. Bingham Cup
Alex Smith and Matt Whalley from the Village Spartans discussed the Bingham Cup, they are looking to have between 800 - 1000 players attending the event and Approval has been granted from the RFUW for ladies teams to enter. The event will Take place at BP on 1st - 3rd June 2011, Thurs 31st May 11 will be a practice day.
Action
2. Manchester 7's 2011
The Club need to become incorporated in order to hold this event, as if Something happened to a competitor or visitor the members of the Man. Committee are liable.
Contract will be signed, subject to incorporation. DP
Club to complete necessary paperwork, to become incorporated. JR/RL
3 Finance.
Youth accounts to be sent to JR DPILK
VAT is now sorted, accounts almost complete by JR, expense accounts
To be resolved by Jan 11 GH
All club accounts will to be resolved by 28th Feb 11 JR
Charity commission password and charity annual income report to be
Completed. DPILK
Pitch restoration invoices paid. JR
4 Youth.
Youth Club Dinner will be held on the 5th May 11, and the youth tour will be
going to Pwehelli on the 13th May 11 (U7's- U13's only).
Youth teams are still low on numbers, DPilk to liaise with P Clarke.
5 Operations:
All weather pitch and grass pitch income severely down due to snow, conference
bookings are up.
6 Ground
Cost obtained for pebbles to repair car park GH
Proposed renovations to pitch 2 & 3, prelim enquiries being made to look at
funding this project. AB/AC
7 Match
It has been successful having someone selling the match programmes at
the gate. Tom Oakley will be asked to cover for 1st Team Home Games. GH
8 Publicity.
BBC used BP to film Man Met University for a programme on diets and the foods we eat.
9. Events.
No Social Events over the Xmas period.

BS requested that someone be nominated to do the minutes, and that they be posted on the club website for all club members to view.
Finance meeting date to be agreed.
Duty Officer Rota to be compiled and distributed, members offering their time for this role are Dave Ramsbottom, Barrry Jackson, Kenny Wilson, Aiden Carr,
Alan McGowan and John Evans. DP/GH
