- Minutes of last meeting: These had been circulated and were approved as a correct record.
- Matters arising not dealt with elsewhere: None.
- Bar Update:
- Nothing formal to report. Darren Butterfield is checking some details of the agreement between Hough End Centre and BPFC and will be getting back. The issue of profit sharing remains to be resolved.
- It was noted that about 100 people had watched the international matches in the clubhouse the previous Saturday, suggesting potential for bar use on such occasions.
- Incorporation:
- County Game:
- AB confirmed that, after consultation with club officers, it had been decided to bid for BPFC to host a Lancs County game on the Saturday of the Manchester 7s. This had been successful. Ken Andrews (Lancs RFU) had requested a meeting with appropriate Club officials. DPop would be the BPFC Liaison Officer with Lancs RFU for the day.
- An enquiry had been received from Lancs Colts about facilities for entertaining their guests on the day of the match. This would be discussed with Marco.
- [The possibility of BPFC purchasing a beer-tent for use on such occasions in the future was mentioned as worthy of consideration.]
