Molten Spartan South Midland League Broxbourne Borough bowed out of the Premier Division Cup second Round on Tuesday night 2-1 to visitors Haringey Borough who scored twice in the first nine minutes thanks to a double strike from leader of the line Luke Bryan with the Goffs Lane club enjoying much possession from there on in, but who's only reply came in the 88th minute from Bradley Drisdale. . Although week-end defeat at Hadley brought to an end a Borough run of three consecutive wins in all competition, one thing for sure Rory Brien (pictured) is always in the thick of the action, and I think it is high time that his contribution to our cause gets just mention via the respective Channels open to us namely our club website, Broxbourne Borough match Programme, (which has already received mention) plus the Non League games number one website Non League Daily.com . Molten Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division club Broxbourne Borough were on the road at the weekend visiting Hadley, but on the eve of the game manager Tom Mundt confirmed to nonleaguedaily important movement at Goffs Lane. Mundt has been joined by Ashley Fisk (pictured) as co-manager. Fisk was recently number two at Ryman League Division One North outfit Potters Bar Town. . View »

Saturday the 16th of October will long be remembered for all the right reasons here at Goffs Lane as Borough built still further on all the positive vibes that had sprung from the initial 5-3 success here at headquarters the previous week-end against a very competent Leverstock Green. This was the first occasion our excellent new management team have taken the helm after successive games on the road at Oxhey Jets and Biggleswade United. View »
