HAREFIELD UNITED TWO GOAL SALVO JUST REWARD FOR BOROUGH QUALITY PERFORMER FREDDIE DOOLING
Borough won 6-2 on the road at the week-end Harefield United's Middlesex away day providing real solace and genuine encouragement after a tough time at headquarters of late, make no mistake this will help a great deal to banish winter blues, on the day the clocks went back our players took a major leap of faith forward, by collective action that saw a double strike from Freddie Dooling playing a considerable part in securing the maximum point haul so important in its context.

Saturday the 16th of October will long be remembered for all the right reasons here at Goffs Lane as Borough built still further on all the positive vibes that had sprung from the initial 5-3 success here at headquarters the previous week-end against a very competent Leverstock Green. This was the first occasion our excellent new management team have taken the helm after successive games on the road at Oxhey Jets and Biggleswade United.
