Annual Summer Ball - SOLD OUT
TICKETS SOLD OUT
Due to the Jubilee weekend the ball this year is on the 26th May.
The format will be similar to previous years
7.0pm - 7.30pm - Champagne Reception and photographer
8.0pm -8.30pm - Welcome speech, 4 course dinner with free wine, 10's in raffle
10.30pm - 11.00pm - Dancing to the "OLYMPIC FLAMES", free bar
1.00pm - Carriages
We are again aiming to fund the Ball with GiftAid donations, so maximising the profit and minimising the cost to you. Ticket prices are £10 and we ask that you give a voluntary donation of £65 and sign the attached GiftAid form and send with your ticket application. You are not obliged to give a donation, but obviously we would need to look at alternatives for next year (higher ticket price or cancellation).
