Time to toughen up, here comes the pain train - WHOOP WHOOP!!!

Yes the rest time is slowly running out and its soon going to be time to dust off the boots, slap on the shorts amd drag yourself up to the club for hours of fun!

Pre-season starts on Tuesday 5th July at 7.30 sharp and all are welcome, regardless of your current fitness levels!

Every session will involve ball in hand conditioning, and rugby specific strengthening as well as getting us all ready for the challenge of the new season.
