New Players Welcome
The 2nd XV play in the Bateman Premiership, the highest second team league standard in the North West of England. Our aim at Burnage is for genuine competition for places between 1st and 2nd teams. Playing a high standard of rugby on Saturdays ensures the 2nd team are able to do this.
The 1st and 2nd team squads train on Monday and Thursday nights. We start on the 3G pitch at 7:30pm, although physio sessions start in the clubhouse from 6pm. New players are always welcome. We also run a 3rd and 4th team session on Wednesday evenings at 19:30. Contact director of rugby Scott Redmond on 07986 112 765 for more details.
