This is for families, 14+ Boys and Girls, (pitches for 11+ also) People returning to the game, Senior Players -male and female - to bring a new player.

There will be no coaching purely fun 6 A side Matches - feel free to bring your own side but must be made up of different abilities, ages and sexes. Or sides will be put together easily on the night.

Basic Rules - to make it fun and enjoyable - but structured.

*6 A Side.
* Player who is touched places ball on floor.
*The player picking up the ball - scrum half - may run, but if touched a changeover occurs. The scrum-half may not score and a changeover will be awarded if this occurs.
*OK with one handed touch.
*Defence must aim to get back 3 metres from a touch.
*Attach we will play unlimited touch.
*Knock on or ball out of play - turnover ball.
