1xv & 3xv home..Six nation continues

Friday we have “happy hours “ from 4-7pm with Newcastle v Leicester on in the bar @7-45pm

Saturday sees the most important game at Holden Road for many a year as the firsts currently in second placed face third placed Littleborough who trail them by a point but have 2 games in hand so its a must win game for the blue & golds .Boro if they win their games in hand will be within one point of Trafford at the top who they have to place twice yet.So their still might be a few twists and turns in the race for the top two places.Boro have played 13 games winning 12 losing just once at Tarleton in January: 15-10.Theyve scored 597 points conceding just 77 the lowest in the league. On the road they have won at Ormskirk, Thornton, Bury and Didsbury.Earlier in the year Burnley went down 32-0 at Rakewood.Steve Heaney will be the match official in this 2-15pm ko.The seconds travel to Tarleton (PR 6BT ) while the thirds will be hoping for better weather at the weekend than when they won 12-10 against Upper Eden in Kirby Stephen. .All kos are 2-15pm.Elsewhere in the league:

Bury host Hutton and after pushing Tarleton close last week will be optimistic of gaining their second victory of the campaign.

Colne & Nelson face Garstang and will want to bounce back after last weeks narrow defeat to fierce rivals Pendle.

Pendle tackle Orrell..Coach Simon Entwistle will be hoping its three wins from three under his new regime.

Tarleton play Ormskirk in a derby that should be suitably close.

Thornton Cleveleys play North Manchester..Thornton should have a bit too much power for the Mancunians as the men from the coast seek to consolidate their top half finish.

Trafford face Didsbury. An intriguing game. Can Didsbury stretch the unbeaten league leaders and halt their title charge.

In the bar we will be showing Six nations rugby.France v Ireland @2-25pm then Wales v Scotland @4-50pm

On Sunday our juniors face Garstang with the u13s/15s training .Italy v England will be on in the clubhouse at 2pm with everyone welcome.
