The primary role of the Ladies' Head Coach is to provide the 1st and 2nd XI squads with a high level of coaching and knowledge, strategic direction and maintain the structural integrity of the Ladies' teams across all competitions.

This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity to work simultaneously with the Ladies’ 1st and 2nd XI squads in a coaching session one night each week and manage the 1st XI on match days. Both teams are looking to move forward and build on the success of the last few years. The 1st XI have been promoted into East League 1S for the 2017/2018 season having been promoted into East League 2SE in the 2012/13 season and narrowly missing promotion last season. The 2nd XI squad were promoted into Kent Division 1 in the 2015/16 season and are aiming to build on this success by seeking promotion next season.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
