Ladies Squads Beefing up Pre-Season Training

Pre-season preparations continue this week with fitness training for the Ladies 1s and 2s at the Club on Thursday evening.

Attendees are requested to bring a stick to this session.

Their first astro training session takes place this Saturday (2nd August) from 12noon - 14.00 at Erith School.

This is all ahead of the 6-a-side tournament at Kings Alleyns on Saturday 9th, and their first full game against BBHC the following Saturday.
