Burnt Ash youngsters were very busy this weekend.
Boys and girls from our U14's and Chismere Hockey Mob represented Bexley in the London Youth Games preliminary rounds. After a full day of competitive hockey at Redbridge Sports Centre, sadly neither side made in through to the finals day.
At HSBC, a young mixed team represented Burnt Ash at the New Beccs festival. The mixed team enjoyed their day finishing 3rd and were commended for the sporting play and behaviour. The ages ranged from 14-20.

Thanks to Melvin Ellis, Laura O'donaghue, Katy Ovenell, Dom Flannery, Andy Atkin, Kathy Carrick and Jo Gillett who gave up their weekends to coach and support our youngsters, and to parents for cheering from the sidelines.
