Eddie Toner

After the Brighouse game, I had a quick chat with Eddie on what he thought of the game and the season so far.

I started off by asking him what he made of the game.

He thought the team played well and should of won by more goals and felt the win had been coming for a long time.

I then asked him about his performance during the game and the season.

Eddie felt he played well having been playing further up the pitch the past few games. Should of scored two but it wasn't his day (He even managed to get a shot higher over the bar than Lovren's penalty).
He felt that he has done well this season and improved his game a lot this season.

Next I asked him about the team performance.

He felt the team had done ok, just been needing the final ball. Not won in a while (until this game) but had been close and had chances to win some of the games.

I then asked a few fun questions relating to the fans.

His favourite fans are the four loyal ones who where on the coach at the time next to him. His favourite female fan is Jane (who else could he say at the time?).

He also said has the same pre game routine for every game.

The last question I asked him was his job.

He said he is a scaffolder (not a taxi driver as some people thought)
