Jack Laird joins Linnets!

Burscough FC are delighted to confirm the signing of striker Jack Laird who joins the club from Salford City.

Jack is a Liverpudlian goal-scorer who came through the ranks at Oldham Athletic. Almost an ever present goal-threat for the Under-18s, he was described as having an eye for goal, and something of a free kick specialist.

Jack was released at the end of his youth period, and has had trials with Tranmere Rovers. After winning the Golden Boot in his first season at Stalybridge Celtic, Jack joined Celtic Nation before short spells at Skelmersdale United and Salford City.
