The West Lancashire First Division match between ourselves and Ambleside FC has been postponed due to Ambleside FC not being able to raise a side to travel to Burscough.
Having played them only last week it was made clear that 3 players were going to the Aintree festival and making themselves unavailable and their priority was a game against Appleby for the reserve team at Ambleside.
The West Lancasire League and any first team surely must take priority over a local league game as the West Lancs rules also state!
The match has to be played (if at all possible) and the league are currently looking at when this may be, further news is to be issued.
