The new ‘VETS Management Team’ would like to invite you, new and old players to a social gathering and registration evening at Burton Rugby Club on Friday 29th August 2014 at 7pm.

**Free Curry for Players that have already registered for the 2014/15 season or register on the evening**

What better way to start the season than with a few beers, a curry, and a catch up with old friends who have spent the summer shopping and gardening. We, the VETS, would also like to invite new and old ‘BEES XV’ players, who we will do our utmost to support throughout the coming season. I’m informed the BEES Management Team will also be on hand during the evening to discuss the up and coming season and registration.

The evening will kick off with an input from the new VETS Captain Ian Baker, supported by his Management Team Ade Wass, Ade Bullock, Chris Samways, and JC.

It's our plan to introduce a structured fixture and availability system with the use of the BRFC Pitchero Web Site, leaving the archaic system of emails, texts and ring round at the last hour behind. It is anticipated by this date that we will have a number of VETS Fixtures arranged, hopefully mirroring some of the 1st XV fixtures, where the opportunity may arise for us to share a coach with them on away fixtures.

For those younger VETS who want a game most weeks I’m certain the BEES will make you most welcome and be glad of your support.

So come on show your support, lets keep the VETS and BEES XV Teams going at BRFC. No pressure to play every game, half a game or just a ‘Samways’ 10 minutes. All are negotiable through the Management Team. Its just good all round rugby and excellent social events. Themed fixtures and events will be introduced throughout the season.

Don’t leave it until the last minute to dust off the boots, Summer training with ‘Touch Rugby’ on Monday evenings, Senior Training mid June, and ‘VETS’ intense training to start early August 14.
