Leicester Tigers Rugby Camps will be returning to Burton RFC and as club member, we would like to invite you to join us! This year’s rugby camp includes a four day option for U9’s to U14’s from April 14-17 and a tag rugby option for U7’s to U8’s which will run for three half-days from April 14-16.

Each Leicester Tigers Rugby Camp is designed to aid the development of every player. On the right is the pyramid structure that we follow in order to achieve that. The base forms the four core skills filtered down from the Tigers Academy: catch and pass, the tackle, support and evasion, and the breakdown. All sessions for U9’s-U14’s will have one of these four core skills as its main focus with the camp culminating in age group games.

The tag camp for U7’s-U8’s will help players work on their evasive running and agility, handling skills, and defensive principles all within a tag (non-contact) context.

As part of your Rugby Camp experience you will receive:

• Tigers Rugby Camp t-shirt
• Tigers drinks bottle and rugby ball
• A free junior ticket to an allocated Leicester Tigers home game
• Free membership to the Junior Tigers Club
• Hot lunch and drinks for full-day camp participants

This Tigers Rugby Camp is open to all players in the 2013/14 season U7’s-U14’s age groups and is suitable for both experienced players and those who are new to the game.
