All existing Mini Junior members will receive a pre-populated Registration Form from their Age Group Team Manager. Please check the details on this form, amend data where appropriate, add any missing information and sign. Blank registrations forms for new players will be available on the night.

Registration forms should be returned to your Age Group Team Manager or Representative together with two passport photographs to register for the new season.

Membership can be paid by cash, cheque or online via Pitchero.
