Mini Junior Family Tour 2018

Tour Information

• When is it?
Dates: Friday 6th – Sun 8th April 2018

• Where are we going?
Colomendy, Loggerheads, Cilcain, Mold, CH7 5LB

• Who is it for?
The mini junior tour is open to all age groups from U6-U11 and is a great family event. All family members (of any age) are welcome.

• What will it cost me?
£85 per person

• When do I need to pay for the tour?
The final tour payments are required by the end of February. Please make cheques payable to “Burton Under 11’s” or pay by BACS to under 11’s account No 47147512 sort code 60-01-20 and email emmaehall@icloud.com when you have paid.

• What do I get for my money
Accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights
All meals during the stay
Indoor and outdoor activities on site for both adults and children
Evening entertainment and Disco on both nights
2 games of rugby, 1 on Saturday (Mold) and 1 on Sunday (Stoke)

• Is there a theme?
The tour theme is “The Movies”. All tourists are asked to be as creative as you want for the tour “Gala Evening” on Saturday. Prizes will be given for the best and most creative fancy dress costumes.

• How much rugby is there for my child?
Games will be played on Saturday at local club Mold and we will be visiting Stoke on the way home for another game.

PLAYING SHIRTS
There are two tour playing shirts available for purchase if you would like to, which we think are amazing. The first shirt is a storm trooper / Star Wars shirt and the second is a sparkly pink star shirt. Please see photos below. Costs - £24.95 child / adult £29.95.
HOODY
Burton Rugby Club Hoody in blue & yellow with small tour logo on sleeve.
Cost - £22.50 child / adult £27.00
All merchandise is at cost price from TAG Sports, the clubs kit provider. All merchandise MUST be ordered and paid for, no later than 22nd February. Please see order form for further information – a set of sizing kit will be available every Sunday with the Under 11’s on The Oxhay on a Sunday and in the clubhouse when the under 11’s are at home.

PLEASE NOTE:
Burton Rugby U11’s are making no profit from the cost of the tour to Colomendy or from any of the merchandise. The U11’s will be donating all “profit” made from sales of wrist bands, fines, sweets, etc to the local Fountains Federation Special School in Stretton, Burton upon Trent.
