Teams up to and including U12s can be mixed boys and girls. Thereafter we only run boys-only teams.
Training takes place Sunday morning, 10:30 start. Most teams from U13 upwards also have training on 1 night per week.
Matches (up to U16s) are usually played at 11:00am Sunday.
