Very Engaging Stuff

Former NLD Coach and Director of Rugby John Widdowson, now a RFU Area Training Officer and Level 4 Coach delivered a superb session on Continuity around the contact area and pre contact foot work and placement last night at the club.

23 lads of all ages and experiences took in the knowledge in a really engaging session which was also watched by a couple of our Mini & Junior Coach's. A big thanks goes out to John.
