This week see’s Manchester Rangers visit Cadishead Recreation Ground in a league tie.

The Rangers side are suffering a mixed bag of fortunes at this level much like the Rhinos so both sides have plenty to play for. It could also be a very poignant game for a few players who have decided to return to their rugby league home land and re-join the Rhinos with more to be revealed at a later date.

The Rhinos come off the back of a great game of rugby league played against the RAF Academy side where game management in the final stages could have seen them win that game. It certainly set the tone and a performance much like it, with a few area’s polished up in training, will not doubt see the Rhinos side register the win. Manchester Rangers will also be fired up for this game in hope to keep their season on track and push for a play off place so no one is expecting a roll over victory in this match up.

Please be aware that before the match kicks off a minutes silence is planned to pay tribute to those affected by the tragic events at the Manchester arena. We ask all who are planning to support either club to join us in observing this minutes silence.
