Match Preview

The Rhinos return to action with plenty of players returning this week after a struggle for players in the last match and they couldn't come back at a more opportune time with a cup tie against local rivals Culcheth Eagles this Saturday.

The Rhinos are in the quarter finals for the first time in a few years and have had a decent cup run with league form being hit and miss they are holding their own in this competition so far. Culcheth have home advantage but with this game being so close to the Rec a short trip away will hopefully have zero affect on the Rhinos preparations come Saturday afternoon.
Paul Elliott and Jason Reed have have the lads working overtime this week to be fully prepared, especially with a host of returning players coming back, insisting that a good start will put the Rhinos in the perfect position to control the game and see out the win. A semi final awaits for the winners against some strong clubs with the other quarter finals being played at the same time and the Rhinos players will want to be in the pot for the semi final draw at full time.
