Hospitality packages are available for both the Friday Open Training Session and Q&A session with Rupert Moon and the Saturday Match Day, as follows:

Friday 19th August 2016- VIP Open Training session event
4pm - Hospitality boxes located in the North stand open and tea, coffee, soft drinks, beers, wine, cakes & biscuits are available
4:30pm - Bath open training session. Guests watch from the comfort of the boxes.
5:00pm - Scarlets open training session. Guests watch from the comfort of the boxes.
5:30pm - Players and coaches signing in the barn (for VIP’s) with a pay bar.
5:45pm In the barn, Rupert Moon will conduct Q&A with coaches & players with an opportunity for photos & autographs
6:30pm - Players depart but the bar will remain open

Saturday 20th August 2016 - Match day

VIP Scarlets v Bath match day hospitality
1:30pm - Hospitality opens. Collect your VIP lanyards from the leisure centre reception and be directed via Leisure centre to the hospitality boxes.
Enjoy watching the game from the comfort of the box with beers, wine, tea & coffee and a light buffet.
2:30pm - Match kick off
4:00pm - Final whistle
4:30pm - Hospitality closes
