'Following discussions with our broadcast partners, the Union has an opportunity to maximise the exposure of the three finals (Cup, Plate and Bowl) by having all three games televised live on S4C, subject to the matches being re-scheduled to be played on Sunday, 4th May 2014, rather than 3rd May, 2014 as previously notified, where the TV scheduling would be restricted to televising the Cup Final only.

Having canvassed the views of member clubs still in contention in the Competitions and recognising the kudos for the teams that reach the finals, members of the Board have agreed to the Swalec Finals now being played in the Millennium Stadium on Sunday, 4th May, 2014.

Having all three Finals televised live will generate maximum exposure for the Competition and showcase the best traditions of our community game.'
