Caldy RUFC

Caldy RUFC have established themselves as one of the most successful community clubs in the North West of England. Caldy are always keen to attract new players to the club running four Senior sides as well as two Colts sides (Under 19s and Under 17s) as well as 11 Minis and Junior sides.

Caldy 1st XV just missed out on promotion to National One last season (finishing 2nd) following an excellent season that culminated in a play off with Richmond RFC where they were just beaten 20-13 (after extra time.)

Caldy 2nd XV and 3rd XV both had tremendous seasons in their repsective leagues and we run a 4th XV for those keen on the social side of the game.

We a really keen to attract new players at any level of rugby for next season as we aim to continue our success from 11/12.

Being in close proximity to Liverpool University, Chester University and Liverpool John Moores University, the club has benefitted from the inclusion of numerous student players over the last five seasons with several of them playing regular 1st XV rugby. Transport can always be arranged for anyone keen to come and join us.
