U12 FINALS DAY AT CALDY-6th MAY
Help Required Please
As you will be aware, we are hosting the U12's Final's Day at Caldy on the 6th May 2012. It is quite an honour to run the event and generates much needed funds for the club and our age group to buy kit for the forthcoming years in the Juniors. There are four finals being played starting off with the Shield Final at 11.00am, Plate Final at 12.00am,The Bowl Final at 1.00pm with the Cup Final at 2.00pm.
As hopefully you are all aware our B team are in the semi final of the Shield with evry chance to progress into the Final!
As the whole year group benefits it really is important we get as much help from parent's on this day, the success of which will directly benefit your sons as they move into the Junior section. I cannot just rely on my Coaches to do everything, but as always they have all stood by me and offerred to "Manage" each of the following "Jobs"
Basically I am asking for the following:-
Parents to offer to assist in helping out the coaches below. The main jobs being Car Parking on the Front Gate and Ponderosa. I need another at least two Parents on the Front Gate and 4-6 on the Ponderosa. I could do with 2 parents helping Mike Fletcher and another parent helping Ade. Please can I have offers to help out and could I have them by the end of the week.
Finally, it would be great to have all the boys not playing in the Final (I am hoping!) to assist in the Car Parking and acting as Ball Boys please.

Finally and importantly, I have a programme to fill with adverts. We are looking for 5 sponsors for a full page advert in colour at a cost of £80.00 plus VAT or as much as we can get off them to pay for the cost of the programmes. Any surplus will come back to us. Can any of the parents or coaches who wish to advertise their company or know someone who could asist in this please let me know asap.
