Name – Dom Kohler
Hometown - Wigan
Date of Birth – 14/01/1989
Children - none
Height – 6”1’
Weight – 93kg
Position(s) – 10, 12, 15
Honours – All Lancs age groups up to (and Captained) Lancs 20s
Where have you played before Caldy? – Sedgley Park
Why did you choose Caldy? - A club on the up - moving forward with a talented young squad and a great coaching/managerial set up
Who did you know in the squad before you arrived at Caldy? – played Lancs 20s. I was the youngest in the squad at 17 and degsy took it upon himself to ‘look after me’ and by ‘look after me’ I mean get me absolutely wasted on team nights out
Have you played at Paton Field before? – on loan last year and age group stuff
Have you been made to feel welcome since arriving at Caldy? Wrighty and Stu and Gaz have all been great, and the lads have been good too. Soon learnt to keep an eye on my towel after training tho
How has pre season been? I wouldn’t know – part timers
What are your goals / ambitions whilst at Caldy and for the future? After last year's disappointment in the playoffs the biggest ambition is to get us promoted this year as we are easily good enough, and hungry enough to be playing in National One
