History
Caldy 4th team has been in existence, on and off, since it first started. The hope* is to keep it going, and even to get a fifth team out. However it is not easy to even get four teams out every week, and five might be just wishful thinking. On second thoughts, it is definitely wishful thinking.
What I would hate is for Caldy 4 to finish its days, as 5,6 and 7 would seem to have done, and just become an entry on the history page. I first captained the 4th team in 1978-79 season, and have also filled in for several other seasons, so I am kind of attached to it.
*It is, at least, my hope to keep it going. I can't speak for others in the club.
